What is a good way to measure strength?
I am curious how to measure strength. If a person can lift twice their body weight does this mean you put the amount you weigh on the rack or twice the amount you weigh on the rack?

XBox Kinnect games for fitness
Anyone play the XBox Kinnect games for fitness? I have Dance Central 2 and Your Shape Fitness Evolved 2012 and think they are so fun! Anyone else have suggestions for another game that is fun and can also be incorporated into your exercise regiment? Thanks!

eat back my exercise calories?
I normally burn around 600 calories/day. Does this mean I should eat an extra 600 calories to prevent going into starvation mode, or should I just eat the original recommended amount? What does everyone think?
