  • I'm 5 8 1/2 and I was 141 in high school and near emaciation, so the goal is 145 bc I think even if I was the same weight I'd never look that small again.

  • I did insanity for like a month. I'd like to do it again but I live on the top floor of my apt complex and I feel uncomfortable as I don't know how a jump is perceived on the floor below me. However, she moves out next week so maybe I can at least do it til there is a new tenant.

  • IDK if there is an app for sparkpeople, but sparkpeople online does let you build your own recipes and calculate calories. I also downloaded NTC recently and like it. Just your itouch/iphone should be plugged into speakers not on you.
