Am trying to be consistent and log everything I eat, even when it is not what I should. Have seen some positive results. SW 197 CW 190.3 GW 174 - Jan. 1 I am down 3 pounds from when I joined the group.

I am just seeing this post and hope it is not too late to start. I am currently at 194 and my goal is to get to 145 (not by Jan. 1). I do think I can get to 174 by then.
