Do it slow, no more than 2 lbs/wk! And definitely STRENGTH TRAINING as you go along. Don't wait until you "lose some and then start". Start strength training from day 1.

This is simply amazing. the pictures show it all even though 2.5 lbs only??! Looks like at least 10 or more from the pics. I am starting 30 day shred today. wish me luck

I am a mom to a 14 month old and a 8 year old. I once lost 50 lbs, 4 years after having my first child, but gained it all back ever since. I am trying to be motivated now and go for it again. I will add you.
