Spread a tablespoon of tomato sauce on top of the pita, then add a sprinkling of reduced fat mozzarella cheese. Top with veggies or just season with oregano & basil. Count me in! My weight this morning was 214.6. I'm down 4 lbs so far in about a week. My goal is 150, but if I could hit 184 in 75 days (September), I would be stoked!!!
