  • I just made my diary public - if you want to have a look. I have done WW many times in the past - it works really well. I still think of things in terms of WW points! Interesting how I used to be on 18 points a day, which is only 900 calories, whereas MFP says 1200. Then again, WW doesn't count any veg-based carbs.
  • I'm also a big salad girl. If you have a fridge at work, I find that salads can last up to 3 days - so I'll often make 3 days worth at once and leave it all there! Mine comes from eating a lot of fruit but yours seems to be the dairy. Remember that 'low fat' products usually mean 'increased…
  • I'm a North West Londoner - getting lost on Hampstead Heath is an excellent way to burn calories!

Not only are the really cheap and only 3 calories per wrap, but they're really fun and easy to use. You just sit one…
  • I've simply been marinading in tinned chopped tomatoes and spices such as a tikka masala mix or ground cumin and coriander, as the liquid of the tomatoes means you don't have to use oil!
  • Also remember that if you are working out regularly, you are also slowly building healthy muscle, which weighs more than fat. So some weight increase is good news! The more muscle you have, the more calories that are burnt with every little move.
