  • Yeah, I only do like 4 slices at a time. I already get WAY too much sodium because I use convenience foods like Artisan Fresh Chicken Sausage. Salami crisps are just a little treat. I weighed them before and after and they dropped about half their weight, but I don't know how much of that is water, and how much is fat.
