some of my staples: greek yogurt fruit and grain bars fresh fruit frozen veggies oatmeal salad greens olive oil whonu cookies whole wheat wraps and bread cottage cheese cheese good crackers...like milton fish chicken

also if you are exercising...remember that muscle weighs more than fat so taking measurements will probably make more sense! good luck!!

I wondered that too but I was told by my Doc that you need carbs for fuel and part of weight loss is burning fuel. A high protein diet would be for building muscle but requires lots of strength/ training exercises. The carbs give you energy, just cut out the simple ones and go for the complex types....good…

I usually get beef with broccoli...and skip the rice...between 100 and 200 cals...good luck:smile:

at your grocery store....my favorites are greek gods and zoi...plain with splenda and berries or honey flavored:)

Get rid of simple carbs and choose complex carbs.....switch to whole grains....think brown instead of white. Add lots of leafy greens and fruit....good luck:)

i'm a chocoholic and lindt chocs are great...also hershey's special dark kisses... and skinny cow makes a really good candy bar that has a cookie center and covered in choc.
