Depends on what you're putting in it. I have a very filling omelet with 1 egg, dash of skim milk, tons of veggies and a little bit of cheese. Calorie wise it keeps my under 200 for breakfast and is very filling! Eggs always fill me up. Whole eggs that is, not just egg whites.

If I'm hungry and still have calories left from working out, I eat. If I'm not hungry, I don't. It's nice to have the cushion if you need at least a little bit of the calories. My 100 calorie chai latte is a great treat to add if I have the room on an exercise day. Yummm

Yes I count them because they are calories. Also straight out of a nutritionists mouth, alcohol turns into sugar when digested. Sugar=not good for weight loss. That being said, I'm leaving room in my diary for a few drinks tonight!

Just look at the sodium content and keep in mind that we should stay under 2500mg/day. The last time I looked these were extremely high in sodium. I don't lose when my sodium levels are high but that may be just my body. Sometimes you're better off just making extra food ahead of time and it's much cheaper.

Mines has been mixed with the rest of my Body Combat workout so I really don't know which is giving me the results. The idea of it makes sense though and it isn't that horrible to complete.

I am not using the nutritional plan that came with my Body Combat (also a Beachbody product) but am still seeing amazing results.

I use the skinnytaste.com recipe for banana bread and make it w/o nuts. Another idea is to slice the bananas up, dip in a melted chocolate / peanut butter mix, coat the bananas then freeze on a cookie sheet. After their frozen I put them in a freezer bag and just grab a couple if I want a snack. A couple of pieces will not…

I microwave mine. Put a slice in each side of the squash and microwave 6 min, flip, then microvave other side for 6 minutes. Quick and comes out tender with a little crunch.

I just use the mayonaise with olive oil. Healthier than "light" mayo and tastes a lot better. I tried greek yogurt but it was NASTY. Then again, I'm not a huge fan of greek yogurt!

I used to but I bought one of those big cups with a straw and it's so easy now! I don't know why it works but it does!
