I've been doing this for almost 1.5 years. It definitely gets easier after you've been doing it for a while and if you have the app. The scanning option is a godsend!

Bump to the world's greatest invention, chocolate & peanut butter!

Feel free to add me. I started out at 263 and knew I needed to lose at least 83 lbs and now I'm aiming for an additional 20. The first thing to tell you is that this will not happen overnight! You did not put it on overnight, therefore it will not go away that way. I've been at this for 16 months and have lost only 76 lbs…

Bump. Sounds delicious and the kids should love them too!

I just poke with a fork a few times, microwave for 6 minutes, flip over & microwave for 6 more minutes. I had no luck trying to cook in the oven. It's just too darn hard that even my sharpest knife could not cut it!
-
Yum. Bump!
-
Not for everyone. I've lost over 70 lbs and have gone down in band size and cup size.
-
Favorite breakfast right now: 1/4 could up to 1/2 an avacado spread on a slice of toast with an egg on top of that. Eat with fork = YUMMO!!

I average around 1300 a day as 1200 was just a little too low for me. My diary is open if you want to take a peek.

Thanks for setting this up! I've been at this for a year and need a kick in the butt to get the last 30 off, so this is a good start!

Oooooh! That would be awesome in my ninja!

Wow! You look like a new person and probably feel like one too. Great commitment! I just hit my one year and I wish I had that much of a difference to show.

Up your protein and make sure you're getting enough iron. Unfortunately I have the same fight each month. Exercising, believe it or not actually helps. It makes you feel better and you can have exercise cals to use if needed.

Wow, that's an amazing time! I ran my 2nd one on Saturday and only got 34:12! My first time was 38:01. Great job!!

If you're out of breath and having a hard time, you're doing it right. Just plug through it. I started out last year in the same place as you. It does get easier, you just have to stick with it.

Cook & mash, add a little bit of butter and lots of cinnamon, dash of sugar. Yum, yum, yum and still great for you!

Just hit the reset button. You cannot go back and fix what happened. You can just change now what you're doing. Also know you are capable of achieving what you want to and we are all capable of amazing things! Stay positive and start planning today of what you're going to do differently and stick to it. We are not perfect.…

Thank you everyone. Truthfully it's been a lot of hard work, but it's all worth it! Now onto the next at least 40 lbs!

Just try to watch your portions. Do plenty of walking and use the hotel gym. I just got back from Florida and was happy to see that I did not gain by just watching portions and running every other day. Most of all though, enjoy your vaca!

I started doing Body Combat at the gym at 260. At around 220-230 (?) I started their at home DVD's which you also get through Beachbody, like P90x and insanity. I had wonderful success with it! It's not easy at first but the moves are doable and before you know it you have it mastered.

Huuuge difference in your face! You look wonderful and beautiful!

That's motivation!

Personally I have noticed that my weight goes up with higher sodium levels so I try to keep my numbers lower. As far as sweating and replenishing sodium, I think you just need to worry about replacing the water. Also, if your sodium is high you might be eating too much processed food, which I realize that we all sometimes…

It will be higher, possibly up to 2lbs higher than the morning.

I'm a FT working mom of a 11 & 13 yr old and have lost almost 70 lbs since last May. It takes some juggling between trying to eat healthy and exercising but you'll learn to squeeze it all in when you can. My hubby is not interested in super healthy food choices either. A big help has been the skinnytaste.com website. Most…

At my 1st 5k a few months ago I ran by myself and hope to do my next one that way also. This way I turn my music on and just do it at my own pace. Good luck!

I've switched to Natural peanut butter. It has less fat & less calories but it's still in moderation. I'll add it sometimes to smoothies but just a tsp. PB is so good but it needs to still be in moderation.

Exactly why I had to buy 2 belts!!

Yes. I log everything and try to do it as close to eating as possible. This is where the phone app comes in handy. If I log too long after I tend to forget to log certain things. Just keep doing your best to log. It takes some getting used to but it's worth it and gets easier after time.
