Just get it withouth the bun to save a little bit of calories. That's what I did today. I had in mind to go to Wendy's and get a chicken sandwich but then I saw they have a portabella bacon burger out. Yummm. Just couldn't resist it. It was worth every stinkin calorie and gram of fat!

Most importantly, get back to logging and sticking within your macro goals. Exercise when you can but don't beat yourself up for not getting to the gym. Use your judgement and only eat 1/2 of what they serve. I always ask for the to go box with the meal so I'm not tempted to eat more than 1/2.

PB cost was always a factor for me. Especially now that it has skyrocketed. I looked at the nutritional values of reg vs. light and there really wasn't that much difference. I found Joseph's heart healthy pita. The entire pita has 60 calories. Usually 1/2 pita will suffice for a sandwich. I use them for everything, lunch sandwiches, egg sandwich for breakfast and my favorite is pita calzones. You just stuff the pita with low fat ricotta, mozzie, sauce & turkey peperoni then bake. Yummy!

I got the C25K app last week and it was free. One week in and I'm still going. It's really not that bad surprisingly. I love it!
