Gained alot of weight during pregnancy (eating way too much), and while I have yo-yo'd since then, I have never been happy with my body since. I absolutely hate what my body has become.

I am in. Would really love to lose 25# by Mid-August. Hopefully this will keep me plugging along!

What I have been wearing was cotton capris and tshirts. But I was looking at the "fancy" workout gear 1) for motivation to go more often and 2) because after my workout I am drenched in sweat and the capris (that are grey) are plastered to my bottom half (uncomfortable). this. exactly. with excruciating pain every day in lower abdomen. and eczema. it seems to be a love or hate thing. women either get the side effects or they dont (the ones that dont get them love it!). I feel so much better since getting it removed.

I bought the polar ft4 as well and since using its measurements vs computer, my weight loss has actually been on track more. I was *over eating* calories because I was going off what the database said for all of my exercises (or i was just taking an estimate off of previous posts). Either way, I find that it is accurate.

When people use says instead of said. "She says to me..." um, no. She did not says anything. She said it.

I want to do it next year, but not in shape enough to do it this year...

My sister and I still sing it "wrapped up like a douche." Its was not even revved in our house.
