Hiya, I'm a restarter too but I'm allowing myself greek yoghurt, berries and nuts as i feel it will help me stick to it. These are all OWL foods anyway and they do say you can start on OWL. I remember that one, the "Chemical Reaction Diet" I think i was about 14 when my mum put me on it but i didnt like 3/4 of the foods on it (only liked the hotdogs and icecream) so yeh lost weight but didn't last long!!
