  • For breakfast: Frozen waffles (I prefer blueberry Eggo's) with 2 tablespoons of peanut butter spread over them. It comes to a total of 370 calories, has 11 grams of protein and 3 grams of fiber. I also like to add a sliced banana for added fiber if I need a little something extra to hold me over until lunch. :wink:
