kcthatsme- please leave my weight on the chart the same as last week... My mom had some complications with her surgery. She just got out of SICU.(which she just spent 9 days in) I'm hoping nothing else goes wrong and that we will be able to return home soon.

kcthatsme- I am not going to be able to weigh in this week. Please keep my weight on the chart for this week the same as last week. Hopefully I wil be back in town next week to weigh in . I hope that all the walking that I am doing here will make up for any food choice that I have to make here. Got to love hospitals...

I will not be able to post my weight on Friday. I will not be in town my mom is having surgery. On the other hand I have past my goal for this challenge which is a good thing!! Maybe I can do it on Saturday if the thread is still here.. Good Luck everyone!!!

Breakfast - Not much of a breakfast eater ( only have breakfast if I'm starving that morning) Lunch - left overs or a sandwhich ( today it will be chicken fried rice) Dinner - Will decide as the day goes (Depends on how many calories I consume earlier) Snacks - apple, Rice cakes, Fiber one bar ( really all depends)

I was up last week 2.8 pounds. This week the scale is back down to 178.8 which makes it a 3.6 loss for this week. I have met my goal again for my weight (-1.2) for this challenge. Now if the scale would just keep going down.... I hope everyone is meeting their goals. Good luck!!
