Sad to say, I lost 60# and thought that I could stop logging. 20# back on and here we go again. I'm either compulsive about it or I lose the battle. Some day it would be nice to be able to maintain without pulling out my phone at a restrauant or scanning the UPC code on everything that I use.

Ran a 5K this morning in 28:40. 2 months ago it was 36:00. Then managed to do another 45 min on the ellip this evening. Good Day!

Time for my weekly report. (didnt have time Fri night). Since last Friday: 6 days worked out. 10.4 hrs in the gym. 6746 calories burned. All Calorie goals met. 2 LB lost. and one more pair of jeans that i can fit back into (been a couple years for them). Everyone have a great weekend.
