HI! Happy St Patty's day! Got home from the horse show last night....so exhausted so I ate pizza and drank wine. Well, I better fess up! I caved tonight....I'm in so much pain in my neck and back and I know the only thing that works for the muscle spasms is some alcohol. I tried heat, ice and advil to no avail.
