Yeah, I don't know about that "deadly" bit--unless you just jump into a reverse pushup weighing too much and pushing too little. Then, I imagine, you may find it deadly. But I'd totally be down if that equity wasn't required! Crossfit, MMA, Insanity--bring it ALL on! Do it, sister!

What are your daily calories? What are the grams of carbs, protein, and fat? What is your RMR/BMR? I'd like to know what I'm doing wrong too, but if no one can see what you're doing, we can't tell you if the 800 calories you eat per day are a contributing factor (they say eating too little is, though I'm still dubious...)
