The main reason why is because of my blood pressure, if my calories are low during the day later on in the day my blood pressure rises dramatically when I go up and down the stairs in my house. Example all day was 150/96 when I walk up the stairs then I sit and 1 minute later it's 128/84. Now today calories were so low…

I was told that you can not drink that much water with high bp as it is hard on the kidneys. Mine was 130s/80s all day then I went downstairs to bathroom came up was 195/120 then I sit for 5 minutes back down but I do not know why it did that and now all day it will continue to do it. Thanks and really 15/20 times a day…
