I do not do it on purpose it is just when I eat healthy I usually go all or nothing I notice not too many others here do that and I'm starting yo understand. I do have ocd in everything I do Thanks very much on your advice I'm starting to understand what I need to do and not this all or none *kitten*(sorry).

Yes I said about 1000 calories. I am trying to up protein and salt and fats. It is just for some reason I find it hard when I eat right. Thanks

Any advice is good advice. I also forgot to add that when I go back to eating bad bp goes back to where it was normal high and no dizziness.

I need to find a breakfast to eat daily I find when I eat the same breakfast and lunch I last longer eating right. I don't like to think about what to eat. Thanks

Yupp that is me. It seems when I eat "clean" I cut all that out of my diet. I lean more towards salads cereals berries. Thanks

Today's breakfast was: 1/3 cup oatmeal dry cooked in water 6 strawberries 1/2 a banana 1tbsp flax seeds 20 semi sweet chocolate chips.

I am trying to find a way to sip. As by 3pm I got 3 liters of water in me and that is my daily goal so I keep drinking. I'm averaging 5 liters a day and really don't want to or need to drink that much. Thanks

How much water do you members drink in a day. I do no exercise as of yet as still too heavy but I still drink 4 liters of liquid and I know you do not need that much. Thanks

Yes I eat salads, veggies, beans, potatoes etc.

Mine is 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, flax seeds, spinach, almonds, 1/2 banana and 3/4 frozen berries and liquid always water. Thanks

Just when drink them about 20 minutes later I'm fine.
