I am probably just having my huge coffee, I decided to grab a large iced Americano from Dutch Bros (they gave it to me for free cause the kids I bring are their favorite visitors. Doesn't happen often but LOVE those guys!) And I added two tbsp of a soy creamer. It's really filling me up.

But I did pack 150g of Chicken breast and green beans if I do feel hungry later! I usually eat now, but we are heading out to a playground soon to enjoy the beautiful day we are having in Portland. Once we leave I probably will want it but it will be unavailable until evening then I will likely just wait for dinner.

That sounds amazing, are they home made or shop bought?

It's a food prep service I get delivered to my gym twice a week. I'm in super training mode right now so I don't have time to meal prep. Really hearty portions and the food is so good that i'm sad on weeks I make my own ha-ha. This was on special though, the meals change each week. https://kettlebellkitchen.com/menu.php

I'm in the UK but those meals look great. I might google a recipe or 2 from them, starting with the bacon coated chicken.
I'm even sure yukka is available in the UK.

Amy's gluten-free broccoli cheddar bake with a packet of tuna added for protein. I love that stuff, tastes like tuna noodle casserole.

    Lunch was really 2 parts:
Part 1: 1 egg with peppers, 2 slices of bacon, 1/2 cup cook quinoa
Part 2: cooked zucchinni, yellow squash and carrot some slow cooker chicken in real butter with an apple and banana (....and there went my sugar allotment for the day).
    About 90 minutes apart.

Chile's Grilled Chicken Salad. The dressing was meh, the corn and bean salsa had cilantro (tastes like bleach to me) but otherwise tasty, and under 500 calories.

Lunch part I was half a package of frozen spinach, thawed and mixed with 2 hardboiled eggs, red onion, salsa, and hot sauce.

Lunch part II will be chicken taco salad: roast chicken breast, salsa, shredded spinach, red onion, red pepper, cucumber, corn, tomatoes, carrots, pickled jalapenos, hot sauce, and tortilla chips crumbled on top.

    I like salsa.

Tomato soup (homemade) and lemon water. We are grilling turkey burgers tonight, so I ate a bigger breakfast and a smaller lunch.
