Breakfast- scrambled eggs (one whole one white) 2 sausage links, a bagel and strawberries
Lunch- salad with deli turkey, hard boiled eggs, sunflower seeds, a few croutons and light ranch
Supper- sausage and white bean soup with a spinach salad.
Snack was a pear0 -
I feel like I killed it today, 2 calories under goal and everything was delicious and satisfying.
Breakfast: Greek yogurt with almonds, chia seeds, and blueberries. Coffee with flax milk.
Lunch: Smoked salmon, corn tortillas, kamut, edamame, feta, and tomatoes.
Dinner: Rotisserie chicken, kamut, wine.
Snacks: Multigrain crackers and a square of sea salt dark chocolate.0 -

Dinner will be grilled chicken thighs and asparagus, plus a potato if I want it!1 -
Breakfast: 2 eggs, sautéed cherry tomatoes, mushroom and onions with a little bit of Feta and coffee with cream
Lunch: 1 can of tuna with tomatoes, pickles and mustard
Afternoon Snack: One apple and 10 Almonds
Dinner: coconut curry with Chicken, onions and red peppers0 -

d - pulled pork, mashed sweet potatoes (with coconut oil salt and pepper), and coleslaw (pork and coleslaw from whole30.com)

Breakfast: Egg whites with baby spinach and kale. Rye toast. Chicken sausage. Strawberries.
Lunch: Barley and amaranth with tomatoes, bell pepper, celery, lentils, carrots, lemon, and afghan spices.
Dinner: Roasted southwestern vegetable soup (from a can) with multi-grain tortilla chips.
Snacks: Snap pea crisps, a banana, frozen yogurt.0 -
Breakfast - Blueberry yogurt with bran cereal mixed in and an xl coffee with double milk.
Lunch - can of tuna, half an avocado, and a bunch of halved grape tomatoes (all mixed together)
Dinner - Baked spaghetti squash with chicken and veggies (recipe from food.com with a couple of modifications - I added more veggies and chicken than they called for and added some panko to the cheese topping). The recipe says 4 servings but with the changes I'll make 6 out of it.
I didn't snack today - I'm not sure how that happened. It was a busy day I guess.0 -

Lunch was butter lettuce with leftover flank steak, leftover asparagus, and leftover new potatoes with opa Greek feta dill dressing
Dinner was taco salad with ground turkey, sour cream, salsa, shredded carrot, artichoke heart, chick peas, low fat Mexican shredded cheese, and half an avocado.1 -

Lunch- Tuna (in water) and avocado sandwich (I used the avocado as my mayo) on wheat bread & water
