Turkey noodle soup and a garden tomato with a scoop of egg salad (made with lite mayo).1

For lunch I had a spinach salad with ham, onions, mushrooms, egg, bacon, and creamy balsamic dressing.1 -
Lunch was vegetables in broth and half a can of tuna mixed in for low cal/low fat protein.0

Elevation Burger
I got a bunless burger, wrapped in lettuce, no cheese, with bacon, mushrooms, onions, pickles, jalapenos, and tomato. It was delicious!

I split a vegetable greek salad with a friend, and used the barcode app for the first time on my phone and it worked perfectly!!I can see that it will make checking calories on products in the grocery store so much easier0
