4 scrambled eggs, tea and a few Brrokside pomegranate chocolates, the same thing I eat 6 days a week.

    I LOVE eggs.

Porridge with skimmed milk and a little bit of golden syrup. Tomorrow I'll make my healthy fry; scrambled eggs, bacon (fat removed), mushrooms and tomato - looking forward to that

I was craving a protein smoothie, so I made one with 2 oz baby spinach, 140g frozen pineapple, 80g banana, 1 scoop PEScience snickerdoodle protein, 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk, 1/2 cup water, and a few ice cubes. It filled my cup to the brim and was delicious.

    2 eggs from a friend's farm (187 grams)
2 links of breakfast sausage cut up
    57 grams frozen chopped spinach
    20 grams aged provolone cubed
    2 clove minced garlic

In skillet saute sausage until browned, add spinach and garlic and saute until wilted remove from skillet and set aside.
Season pan with spray oil, (I have cast iron skillets)
scramble the eggs and pour into pan. Put spinach and sausage over top top with provolone. Cover and remove from heat, let stand for 3 minutes to allow eggs to cook through.

Hilarync - you should look into the refrigerator overnight oatmeal recipes. The ones I used to use included yogurt and chia seeds and were super delicious
