2 hardboiled eggs
1 cup oatmeal crisp almond cereal w/ a cup of vanilla almond milk0 -
Coffee with 2% milk, steamed. I much prefer whole milk, but my MIL picked it up for me the other day, so i've got to use it up.0

Coffee (of course!) with a little milk.
A raw orange.
Pancakes made with oat flour, dark chocolate powder, PB2, maple syrup, egg, and spices.
And I just finished a successful experiment using oat bran in place of flour, making a small stack of similar pancakes (these came out more crepe-y). So I have main component of tomorrow's breakfast all ready.
Next time, I'm combining oat bran and oat flour. Should be interesting.0 -

a mocha frappuccino from starbucks. not exactly my usual fare but my boyfriend offered and I've been feeling too sick to eat much so I figured I'd be okay with the calories today0

On April 23rd, which was yesterday for me, I had a big banana smoothie with greek yoghurt, cinnamon, 3 bananas and water. Today, I am having 2 toasted sandwiches with sweet potato and salt.0

I have a Nutri Bullet. I put in two small gala apples, a halo mandarin, and a medium banana. Delicious fruit shake!
