Porridge with soya milk, blueberries and banana. Very filling and delicious.0

Steel cut oats cooked in 1% milk with chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder, and some sliced almonds. And an apple because I was somehow still hungry.
Not sure about lunch. We might go out. If not, probably a beef patty with some veggies.0 -
My usual here lately: 2 scrambled eggwhites on 1/2 soft flour taco, w/salsa and a little shredded cheese. Diet Pepsi.
Lunch: not sure yet. I work tonight so it will be something filling0 -
My standby- soy milk yogurt and a 1/4 cup of granola. Will probably eat a piece of fruit before heading out....saving some calories for a fun outing today, complete with a beer garden! But considering I'm also salsa dancing tonight, I think I'll still end up ok.0

2 eggs over easy, Thomas blueberry bagel, and an Ehrmann Greek Mixim Yogurt with raspberry and chocolate curls. Just under 600 cals.0

Coffee with 2% milk, steamed. I much prefer whole milk, but my MIL picked it up for me the other day, so i've got to use it up.0

A raw orange.
Pancakes made with oat flour, dark chocolate powder, PB2, maple syrup, egg, and spices.
And I just finished a successful experiment using oat bran in place of flour, making a small stack of similar pancakes (these came out more crepe-y). So I have main component of tomorrow's breakfast all ready.
Next time, I'm combining oat bran and oat flour. Should be interesting.0 -

a mocha frappuccino from starbucks. not exactly my usual fare but my boyfriend offered and I've been feeling too sick to eat much so I figured I'd be okay with the calories today0
