    Every morning same thing. 1 spelt toast with 1/2 cup cottage cheese and half a banana. Have added a tsp of maple syrup and some cinnamon on top cos I can't deal with the 1% cottage cheese. Am going back to the 2% after I finish this container. Sometimes I'll have 1 toast and a half (when I fell a little crazy - woohoo!) This morning I added 4 almonds because I'm not getting in enough calories. Then I have tea, current favourite: Four O Clock "Black Forest Cupcake" and add a bit of almond milk and 1/8th tsp of sugar.

    I'm so lame on mornings where I work at 7am.

    12 grain toast, 16g chocolate cream cheese, 5g natural peanut butter. With a banana, and a coffee (1 sweetener, 1/2 cup unsweetened cashew milk). I eat it on the drive to work hahah :(

    overnight oats--1/2 cup oats, 1/2 cup unsweetened soy milk in a mason jar over night. spooned that over 1 cup blackberries and a few shakes of cinnamon. yum.
