I learned that water really is a true treasure when one is losing weight... That it is okay to feel hungry...it is the body's signal when we need food.... Sodas, sugars, complex carbs, and salt is really what kept me so obese all these years.... I am strong enough to make this change because I am ready!

My cholesterol was 281 in February! Yikes! I started taking omega 3 fish oil and krill oil and eating oatmeal and my cholesyerol has come down to 268... without having to take cholesterol lowering medicine!
