Wonderful progress pics - WTG! We are in about the same place in this journey, 1/4 of the way to the ultimate goal. How long has it taken for you to lose the 25? It's been since July 11th for me, the last month I have made very little progress, but committed to the journey.

Thank you for reminding me that its a life long journey towards health, not a poroject I am in a race to finish.. Susan:happy:

Welcome  So glad to ahve you on board. The MFP community is very supportive and you'll get pleny of ideas and suggestions. The best advice I can share is to log in everyday, no matter what. Even if you don't eat as planed, or don't have time to excercise, etc, etc ALWAYS track your food and excercise. This is how…

I share the title with you! You are very right about the correlation between log in and success. Once I start telling myself I'll log it later, I stat making bad food choices. I am the most successful when I plan my meals and log them before I actually eat them. That I way I am making choices. The last week, I have been…

Change begins with choice, and you have made the right choice. You deserve to live a healthy life and the good news about hitting rock b ottom is there is no where to go but up. You can and will do this. Make a committment to log in to MFP everyday and log all your food, even if you indulge more than you should. Track…
