What's your protein intake like? With your activity level, it sounds like you may need more protein. I would try to incorporate some type of protein in every meal. It will keep you full longer. (You may go over your calorie intake but you can still lose the weight.)

I agree with xcduke. Change the songs on your playlist. Switch up the order or add new songs that you know the words to so you can sing-a-long without watching the clock.
