  • My Name is Lorie and after a good start in the fall, i need to refocus this year, starting TODAY. My goals for today are: 1) get in a 'welcome' back circuit weight workout and a nice long walk 2) Wash and fold laundry 3) Stay in the 40/30/30 zone and log all my calories (not just breakfast to get something on the books....)
