Yep.... been on medication for years and have finally found a dose that works. I have learned you can't take it with calcium and prenantal vitamins. Best thing to do is take it by itself and about 15 -30 min before you eat. Crazy how that one little pill can be effected by so much! And I agree with shorthand73 find a great…

I have been going by the couch to 5k treadmill version and LOVE it. I had to restart after week 3 due to being out of the gym after sickness for 3 weeks and it felt great to get back to it yesterday! I felt like I could push harder but want to ease back. I can't wait until I can fully run the 5K!

At my heaviest 210 I was an 18, now i am hanging around 178/179 (refusing to go to 180 lol) and I can wear a 12 but 14 is more comfortable. I was around 169/170 and in a 10 in some things. Clothes fit different too. But I would LOVE to be a comortable 10 in MOST clothes not just some :)

wow I'm so sorry to hear that about your sister. Too many stories like that. That is awesome about your niece. Unfortunately, I wasn't that great about it when I was around her age. I am Type 1, diagnosed at 4 1/2 so I've had it almost 30 years. I've only been on the pump about 3 years but it makes life sooooo much easier!!! Last week I was down about 4 lbs. after 2 weeks of the plan. I am back up but I had a cheat meal Saturday night and didn't eat on schedule yesterday. Agreed...this recipe is one of my fave go to especially after a long day at work and then the gym :) I used broccoli instead of aspargus. Throw in a serving of brown rice. Perfect!

that's awesome!!! I am in the same boat... I was stuck at 1400 calories and not even adding my exercise calories and eating under...basically starving myself. can't wait to see how much it helps.

someone gave me quick sets and i kept getting kink after kink leading to highs... i love my silhouette b/c i hardly ever get that problem. I LOVE LOVE LOVE my pump!!!! Thank you... I have been wondering if that was part of the problem. I've always heard the more you work out especially with cardio the more you need to eat and I have been doing the opposite. So i'm going to try it... at least on the days I do 30DS and cardio! Thanks!!
