So I went to a dietitian and he suggested this way of eating. Having a hard time getting onboard bc I don’t really like olives, capers or feta and keep seeing these ingredients pip up in recipes. Any subs or alternative WOE you all suggest?

I was curious how you all are tracking the amount of calories that you burned, since the video does not appear on the cardio list and you all weigh different weights. Can you fill me in?

I can't cook much either, but I recently bought a Hungry Girl cookbook. It is stocked full of awsome recipes. You can get the one where all the recipes are under 300 calories or the one where all the recipes are under 200 calories. I have tried cooking some of the recipes and they are soooo easy to make and taste great. My…
