I love mine. it's been an awesome tool to be able to track Calories burned, steps, and sleep. I work at my home at my desk all day and I sometimes forget to getup and move.. then I know after my 8 hour day if I've moved enough or if I need to get my butt up and do some extra burn. It's like a 2nd piece of clothing now…

I get my PB fix with PB2 which is 1/2 the calories of regular PB.

I love my bodymedia. My arms are so fat that I always wear sleeves long enough to hide it and if someone saw it I would just tell them I'm wearing what they wear on The Biggest Loser and losing weight :-) and yes, I feel like it's very accurate.

Excellent post. I upped my calories about 4 weeks ago. 1st 2 weeks no loss (or gain), 3rd week was almost 4 lbs. No loss this week, but that's only because I had too much sodium on Friday night and I was swollen like a balloon on Sat morning.. darn it !

I use my Bodymedia for the calories burned and keep both MFP and Bodymedia updated for intake. It's really eye opening :smile: I also upped my calories about 3 weeks ago because I was not losing. first 2 weeks no loss, 3rd week almost 4 lbs. We'll see what week 4 brings :wink:
