  • I can't believe so many people feel the same way I do. I hardly ever speak on it though. It even goes as far as I feel like I am being treated like a baby. People talk over me, misunderstand me because I'm quite and take it for being sneaky or can't be trusted. They feel like they have to protect me and speak for me and I…

  • I just found out today that I am due Oct. 21 (my wedding anniversary) with baby number 4. I have 3 girls currently. Since November I have lost about 15 pounds. I only took a pregnancy test because my eating was off and I wanted to do an all veggie/fruit cleanse for a week and realized when I was about to take the test that…

  • My name is Tamira. I have known about my PCOS since 2005. It was discovered when I was trying to find out why I couldn't get pregnant. I have never really connected my weight issues and belly fat to PCOS until recently and even then didn't do anything special to target weight loss while dealing with that issue. However, I…
  • Sixalicious the website is www.saveyourdo.com. Girl, you are a lifesaver. I'm upset the black is on backorder, but the slate will work just fine.
  • I have been natural for 7 months now. Been back in the gym since November. I always have two stand twist in. I wear a sweat band under my wrap to keep my twist from getting wet. I sweat like a hog in heat. After workout I spritz with coconut and water to refresh. At the end of the day I condition my twist in the shower…
  • Slim in 6 was the first one I bought and actually used. A friend had given me TaeBo on VHS way before that though, but I never used it.
  • I hardly ever reply to anything. However, I am so happy to see this post...I'm just giddy. I know about half dozen people who have lost weight so quick it made my head spin. Only two of them gained weight back. Mainly because their mindset was never where it needed to be in the first place. Once the new clothes and new…
  • I would love to know how this works for you. I wish I had a juicer. I would juice for one week out of every month if I did. Great way to hit the reset button. Once I started eating better, it has come extremely difficult to eat out, or eat the comfort foods I love. Sometimes I need a juice week to get over a bad weekend or…
  • OMG. I have been in bed all day. If I don't get over this cold/flu or whatever it is I am going to go insane. My legs and my arms are killing me from yesterday. The only time I have been out of bed is to go to the bathroom. I guess I need the rest, but it's killing my workouts. I was really looking forward to Kenpo too.
  • Thanks everyone! This is all great advice. I don't like beer and I'm a girly drinker so I usually get stuff that has mega calories like sex on the beach, lemon drops, buttery nipples..lol. Few weeks ago I had a shot of Patron and it felt like my chest was on fire. The Mio idea is awesome! I knew yall would have some good…
  • Woo hoo! Glad to be feeling a little better. Legs & Back was great. Even figured out how to use the chair for the pull ups so I'm getting some work until I'm able to do it on my own. I can't wait for the day that I am able to get through Ab Ripper without falling short on some of the reps. Kenpo sounds like fun. Have a…
  • I was really looking forward to today. Although I don't have any more fever, my body aches like I have the flu and I'm so weak and stuffy. Hopefully I can double up on the exercises tomorrow. Plus maybe it's just me but other than the jump training (pyo) stuff, pullup and pushups I really don't feel like I get a good…
  • Didn't get a chance to workout this morning, so I just finished Shoulders & Arms + Ab Ripper X. I'm glad I finally bought some 8 Lb weights at the Five Below store, the 5 lb was not doing it. Man, I think Ab Ripper took more out of me than the shoulders and arms. Felt great (kinda) though. I'm looking forward to Yoga…
  • Day 2 went well yesterday even though I had a fever and sore throat. I like Pyo better than the push ups and pull up stuff. However, I did almost vomit the last 15 minutes, but it was good.
  • Great advice. Thanks for sharing!

  • I'm proud of you too. Way to go.
  • It freaking sucks. I don't like it. Tony talks to darn much..lol. I can't do half a pull up, chin up, reverse up or nothing. BUT...I am going to stick with this. I want to see where this takes me.
  • Thanks eeblack. I appreciate all your hard work..lol.
  • My plan is to get it in at 6am. However, I don't know how long the workouts are so I need to check that so I don't have to interrupt my workout to take my little one to school. How long do the workouts last?
  • Egg white omlettes are always a good choice and you can make them filling by loading up on veggies and even a bit of low fat cheese. Smoothie with bananas or peanut butter in them are very filling as well. Good ole oatmeal and whole grain toast. Whole wheat pancakes or waffles and use agave nectar or honey instead of…
  • Lettuce wrapped tacos using ground turkey. The kids and I are making salsa and guacamole from scratch with my new Ninja. I also switched sour cream for greek yogurt. Plain greek yogurt is so nasty it tastes just like sour cream..lol.
  • But mommy, you say what the hell all the time. I have got to watch what I say on the phone.
  • Ok, I'm scared to death, which is why I have had this for a year and never even turned it on...but I'm in!
  • Thank you sooo much. I appreciate the suggestion. I'm gonna give it a try.
  • I have had P90x for over a year and never used it. Been talking about doing it for a month. Now I realize that my pull up bar was broken during our move, so I'm not even sure if I can do it without that thing. I wanna do it with you guys though.
  • I had a trainer at Max Muscle Sports Nutrition pretty much tell me the same thing. However, she said to limit simple carbs and eating high sugar content after lunch time and at the latest 3-4pm. Something to do with the break down process, but to be honest I can't remember why she told me that.
