aka cheat meals can help kill that craving or earge to have something tasty ...i personally have 1-3 "cheat meals" a week but make sure im right back my on my proper eating habits .

been using cla for a couple weeks, as i have been intaking more calories for muscle gain but have noticed that i have not stored much body fat with my calorie increase...i would say with good dieting and exercising cla could def. help in reducing bodyfat!
