Hi, I'd love to see your food diary, it may give me some extra idea's!. I've lost 15lbs and have two stone to go. I've been loosing about a pound a week and nothing some weeks. I really want to hang in there...but I can't see much of a change, perhaps it too early for that?

5 foot 8 194 lbs Uk size 18 Ive lost a 14lbs so far but my clothes seem look and fit in exactly the same way. Urrrrgh!! Please add as a friend if you are in a similar way.:tongue:

Many reason's, I think I'm a prime target for diabetes, my mum already has it. I feel self-conscious if I meet some-one who hasn't seen me in a few years, (oh she let her self go!).
