  • Congrats on the loss! This is a lifestyle change and you CAN do this! You will stumble along the way but oyu will reach that goal!
  • lol...I woke up with a leg cramp today and immediately grabbed a banana :) It depends on what kind of snack you are looking for. Air popped popcorn is great and you can season it. I love frozen grapes! Laughing cow cheese wedge with low fat crackers. Pretzels. Celery, peppers and hummus. Sugar free fudgesicles.
  • Your "doctor" is an idiot! Find another one - NOW! I have almost 200 lbs to lose I went for my yearly physical recently. My BP was a little high, cholesterol panel was within range, heart was normal. She insisted that I go for an untrasound....pretty much a full body scan! When I asked why, her comment was.... considering…
  • Everyone has really good advice :) You HAVE to WANT to do this. I used to do a lot of mindless eating.. not paying attention to what I was eating, how much, how it tastes, etc, left me feeling unsatisfied. I know longer go to the pantry and leave the kitchen with an entire bag of (whatever I want at that moment). I now…
  • Wow! That is a very noticable difference! I guess I should start taking pics myself!! Congrats!!!!
  • In our district (and I believe in the State - NJ) we cannot have bake sales during the school day or sell to the children. Parents can purchase it and give it to their child though. Candy sales are the same...we have to give the candy to the parents for them to sell and not to the student. We started doing hot pretzel and…
  • Feel free to add me and that goes for anyone else also :) The more support and encouragement we all have the better we will do!
  • Sent oyu a request :)
  • Welcome, sending you a request. The more support and encouragement you have the better you do. :)
  • I am very lazy.... so the only "exercise" I get is my daily routine. So for me, calorie counting works. I orginially losy 65lbs this way... stopped tracking and it slowly crept back up. :( That's the reason I am back and will just have to keep tracking even when I get to the weight I want. Currently 10lbs loss from calorie…

  • It's a great site with awesome people :) Sending you a request.
  • Your right ... you CAN do this and none of us can do this alone. It takes a lot of support to make it through each day. Just remember to take it in small steps. Set small, attainable goals. Don't let a bad day or a bad food decision get you off track. Feel free to add me.
  • Welcome! You CAN do this and tracking helps to stop the mindless eating. Most women are emotional eaters and it's learning how to find something else productive to do that's hard! Feel free to add me :) The more friends you have for support, the better you will do!
  • The more support you have the better you will stay on track :) Feel free to add me! Motivation? Picture yourself having a great time in Disney and having the enery to keep up with your son!
  • You have to remember to take it one day at a time and break it down to small attainable goals! Sending you an invite. Anyone is welcome to add me...the more support we have the more successful we will all be!
  • Woo-Hoo!!! That's an awesome NSV and congrats on the loss!!!!
  • Central New Jersey :)
  • The more friends you have the more support you can get when you need it! Feel free to add me - (anyone else that needs support may do so also) :)
  • Welcome back! It's hard when you are around food all day. I bake bread and occasionally do some light catering. It's okay to sample every now and then as long as you track and are honest about the portion size you had. I try to make sure that I have plenty of water or unsweetened iced tea on hand and will drink that…
  • Welcome! Think in small steps. Looking at the overall picture can be very daunting. Start with adding more water, cutting out a food, changing one bad habit, etc. It you do it in small steps, they will start to add up to bigger ones. Feel free to add me for more support! Good Luck! You CAN do this!

  • That sounds familiar! lol! Welcome back...sending a request...
  • Hi from a fellow ex-WW member also :) Just remember to take things one day at a time...even one meal if neccessary. How about tracking your foods the night before for what you are planning on eating the next day? I try to plan my menus out for the week...at least dinner. That gives me an idea as to what I cn have the rest…
  • You are here and taking the steps neccessary. Everyone is welcome, regardless of weight! Feel free to add me if you need/want more support!
  • Congrats on the loss and reaching a new decade! Feel free to add me. I am restarting and most of my friends have left!
  • We've all been there! You can do it as long as you remember you are not alone! When you feel like you are sinking or making bad choices, come and post. A lot of people will be here to cheer you on! We're all in this together!
