Been feeling under the weather quite a bit this month. I am really behind! June 7 - 2 miles 9miles down - only 91 to go!

I have days like that... but for the most part I make very conscious decisions about what I am eating. I am trying to teach my mind and body that I can't live on junk alone.... so fruits and veggies are finding their way in :)

Thanks. It took me a long time to start eating breakfast... I still have to force myself to eat something beofre I leave for work!
