Slow loser here! Have struggled for a long time . . . but never giving up. I really have to watch the sugar and carbs since I am insulin resistance. Exercise has never been an issue for me - love to sweat! I'm always looking for new friends if any slow losers want to add me :)

I do exercise vigorously about 5 times a week, running, kickboxing, weightlifting, etc. In my case, I am very insulin resistant, so I really have to watch the carb intake. Way to go! I have fallen a bit behind my goal, but nonetheless I am continuing on . . . Hopefully with school getting out and having more time for "me" I'll be able to get the extra miles in by the end of June!!!

My first miles were for the brothers who each lost a leg. One lost his left, the other his right. In the hospital they were both more concerned about how the other was doing rather than themselves.

I run with my dog. He trained with me for 2 half-marathons. He's an old man now - 11 years old, but we still do short jogs together.
