I think she is a troll. She clearly doesn't read the answers so why bother asking.

I've just done a 10k and a guy who in fairness did finish before me (by a minute) was sprinting for a minute and walking for a minute the whole way round I just got irratated because I kept having to over take him whilst he was walking. But if it gets you round then that's all that matters. I personally didn't want to do a…

You are 18 how can you have been trying for years!!! How much do you weigh and how tall are you?

I've just run 10K 3 months ago I couldn't run 30 secs so 4 months is plenty of time. I sort of followed something similar to C25K but was running 5k by week 5. I would suggest 2 short runs (20-30 mins) a week and then one long run I started by running 5k (the first time took me 37 mins) then added a km each week if you…

I put on weight with every pill I was put on but I didn't with the implant and as a bonus after about 6 months I stopped having periods which is normal side effect fo some. But everyone is different so make sure you have a doctor who is willing to take it back out I've heard horror stories from people where they have…

Ahh see I signed up for a flat race and my training was mainly flat expect for a few hills on a couple of my bigger runs, first 5k and first 6k. I'm looking to do a half marathon in March next year and that is really hilly so I will have to fine some hills near me to run up!

Whatever you enjoy most.

I did my first 10k yesterday the furthest I had run prior to the race was 8k so similar to you it was the week before. You will be fine for your race I only did one 3k run in the week before and a long walk. I found between 6k and 7.5k the killer bit I thought I couldn't go any further but then after that I was fine. Good…

Well if your fitbit is sync to mfp then no you won't need to change your activity level as the fitbit is logging every step you take. I'm assuming that if the fitbit sync is like my runkeeper sync you get extra calories for your activity?

I have a 36FF I always buy my sports bras one cup size down to minize the movement so try and see if you can get a bra size with one size smaller cup.

I don't agree with the OP but I'm doing my first 10k on sunday and that is the time I'm expecting.

Depends on the cardio. Last year I was massively overweight and unfit but I skiied for 4 hours everyday on my holiday and well considering I hadn't skiied for 15 years and the skis have changed in that period, but would someone who had only strength training manage to ski for that long?

Why have you posted this twice?

I think you need to eat more I'm the same height and weigh less and eat more the deficit you are on is huge!

How tall are you?

Thank you all for your encouragement!!! All your achievements are amazing!!!

My cheat day/days is normally when I've saved cals from the rest of the week so overall my weekly cals are under or on my allowance. Currently I have 1200 cals saved for Sunday and I will add to that with a run tonight and the 10k race I do on sunday. The cals will be used for a huge roast dinner and ice cream but overall…

My only concern is can you keep it up long term? You will lose alot to start with but your loses will decrease, couple that with frustration about not eating as much you could end up binging. However if you are happy and can keep it up long term and you are getting enough nutrients and aren't eating less than 1200 then…

Are you an athlete? The only reason I ask is because 14-20% body fat for a woman would put you in the athlete category, and you claim that 20% is unacceptable? For fitness it should be around 21-24% and you are below this.

A trialthalon is too scary for me! Swimming and running are fine it's the cycling bit. Hopefully I will build up to a half marathon in March but that's as far as I will go. :)

Only 2 miles that's cool I can do that on my normal route as long as long I get home by 7. Great thanks. :)
-
That's amazing!!!

I rarely have a dinner over 300 cals look at my diary it's open.

I didn't say that eating disorders are promoted I said that the tools used to lose weight could be used wrongly by people with eating disorders. I actually said that MFP promotes heathly eating, please re-read my post. FYI the only edit was to change an 'a' to an 'are'.

I wondered about that although I'm nearly 10 years older so it'll be a different answer for me.
-
I don't have a solution or a point really I just think it's really sad.

As per your other posts you have a BMI of less than 17 you need help you need to see a doctor asap. I doubt you are actually 18 and this is not the place for you.

Thank you for all your suggestions but I think I'm just having a vent. I know me and I can't modarate with crisps. I can with chocolate I buy a packet of little bars (110 cals each) put them in my drawer at work and can just have one a day or one every other day no issue. But crisps one leads to a crisp binge walkers…

I'm saving the exercise cals I'm not actually hungry just the thought of cruchy crisps (which is why it has to be normal walkers) is just so good atm I would swap sex for walkers (if I had the choice).
