From what I've read, no. Reaching the calorie goal is not a goal especially when you're not hungry. I'm doing a few days a week of IF with the keto diet. I just try to hit my fat goal, not worrying about calories.

my kids do, but everybody else is fine with it. Some people just can't handle it when we try to improve ourselves.

If you try to search for an exercise, when it brings up the list, at the bottom, it will say "or add your own exercise"...just type in what you want to call it and enter the calories.

I've been counting those as general circuit training and just keeping up with how many minutes I circuit train. The calories will log then. You're toning and building muscle when doing those types of exercises, which is what circuit training is so...
