I'm another "roadie"....I'm no great runner by any stretch of the imagination, but I do love being outdoors and find I get less bored/distracted outside, even if my time has been poor or it's felt hard going I always feel good about getting a blast of fresh air :)) I use the run keeper free app on my phone as motivation…

I personally like Davina's Superbody DVD....there are modified cardio moves, the music is much better than 30 Day Shred and I can burn more calories and feel I'm able to keep better form.....but am still doing 30 DS too. Also I have the Tracey Anderson Mat Work DVD - I only do the "standing arms" and "standing legs" - you…

Great Motivation for me to complete it! I haven't been that sore on the lower half of my body, but have been going for a walk afterwards and wearing my Chung Shi shoes (like MBT's)....I also improvise at the end with the stretches, and do extra.

Switched to 1Kg/2.2lb weights from D2 for all but the chest flies where I used the heavier weights.....and am now going to up the weights on the lunge & bicep curl and see…

Just a quickie, but keeping exercising is the best thing for me.....I can get down about a food binge, but it happens at sometime to all but the iron willed out there (who to me are not normal!!!). Try and get out for a walk.....being outdoors always does me good, if its sunny feel the warmth on your skin and appreciate…

Hi, I'm 5'4" and just getting started really on MFP.....I started out at 154lbs and am currently around 151. I find it much easier to track food and exercise on here than on Weight Watchers on-line. I would like to get to around 138lb but anything close to 140 and no wobble I'll be happy with :-) Feel free to add me as a…

Add me a friend if you like and we can try and keep each other on…
