Hi, just back on MFP after a long break! I'm currently eating around 1500-1600 cals and following my own macros (Higher Protein & Fat with lower carbs). My diary is open to friends, feel free to add me

Had my Charge HR a few days now, still getting used to it...but loving it all the same! Looking for friends to keep me motivated and on track (consistency is king!) on both MFP and Fitbit fitbit.com/user/3FVG7H

I'm 2 days into using my new Charge HR and am loving it more than I thought I would! I was using a Jawbone UP24 and a Polar HRM to track steps and calorie burn during exercise, but the Fitbit Charge HR does both jobs and not too chunky to wear on the wrist either. I like the fact that it feels more sturdy than the Jawbone…

Hi, I'm looking for some accountability and motivation - had great success with MFP 2 years ago....stopped logging in and guess what, back to where I started from!! I'm a mid 40's mum of 3 girls trying to up my exercise and eat healthily - like to cook from scratch when I can. I've lived in Ireland for 8 years now but am…

I have the Polar FT4, bought it on Amazon, couldn't be without it, use it every day : )

BROCCOLI roasted is my fav filler at the moment.....just cut up into florets & slice the stems up, put all onto baking tray with a drizzle of olive oil and a sprinkling of sea salt and roast in the oven for 10-15min. You have to try this, so much tastier than boiled or steamed. Making a thick veg soup as a starter, only…

Me too, really is the best...I use cheap cotton underwired bra from M&S underneath and a shock absorber on top....my size is round about a 32 E and it keeps them well under control : )

It's great that you two are in this together in more ways than one! My husband works in the UK during the week while I'm here in Ireland with our 3 girls....and can be gone for up to 3 weeks at a time when things get busy....not quite the same as him being away for months on end, but sometimes it feels like!!

"she BELIEVED she could....so she DID"

I'm fan of the Davina dvd's - there is always a low impact variation and you get a really good workout. My calorie burn is always equal to if not greater than with 30 day shred.

I'm with you Deana....thinking that mine will be:- 1. to log every day 2. exercise 5 times per week 3. to be @ or under 140lb in 100 days Good luck x

Would love to hear from other fitbit users what your average daily fitbit calorie adjustment is, mine is between 450 - 700 and that's besides the activity that I log?? I'm not loosing at the moment though I'm obviously a fairly active person, looking for some comparisons to put my mind at rest Thanks, Jo

I'm so pleased for you, you are on such a roll at the moment that I'm sure you'll be toned and at target in no time! I'm celebrating getting back in the "groove" this week and if you can lose 20lbs by May, I'm thinking that there should be no stopping me losing my 10lbs by then to reach my target........big thanks for…

Agree with Susan Edinburgh is fab, but you should make a stop in Newcastle upon Tyne on the way up....my home town!! Party/Shopping Central....but some great architecture, visit the Quayside for the Tyne Bridge (mini Sydney Harbour Bridge!), Baltic Arts, The Sage...Angel of the North is also iconic. Some great beaches and…

18lbs in 2 1/2 months doesn't sound too bad, I'd be happy with that!! I guess it depends on how much you have to lose too : ))

I do believe everyone reacts differently to the Mirena, the upside for me was NO periods or pain and no chance of getting pregnant again. The downsides were I gained weight roughly 7lbs for me in 6 weeks and felt "puffy" the whole time. I also developed acne over the first 6 weeks that lasted the whole time I had…
