I made cabbage soup this morning not for any diet but just because I wanted some different veggies. it was tasty and a filling but not my choice for 24/7. I think trying different healthy foods is great but add it to your existing diet not just the soup alone. Have a great day!

Started at 270 so far at 265.8, but probably some weight that didn't move in February finally hit the road. Working out almost everyday at the YMCA or with my Jillian Michaels DVDs.

My sister had lapband a few years ago and she lost a lot of weight. Overall I think she is happy with it.
