  • Honestly I find I lose more when I eat the exercise calories so my answer is yes. Although I do think it varies from person to person. You just have to experiment with it and see what numbers work for you to continue losing (or to maintain if that's your goal)
  • The only I'm familiar with is the iPhone. I have the 4S and have had really good luck with it. Works well with MFP as well as every other app I've thrown onto it.
