  • Just did Day 1 but I started on Level 2. I have done 30DS on and off for about a year and have never done a month straight. I think I get too bored! I also run so I am going to do 30DS whenever I can and also mix running in and see what happens. Jillian is tough but so motivational too!

  • I am 155 and my goal is 140 as well (I am 5'4 1/2"). I am also medium build and my "best" weights have been around 143.
  • Day 9 done! I started L2 today...I forgot how tough it is, but it's a good workout. I was able to get through most of the planks doing the advanced version so I am pretty proud. Looking forward to another day tomorrow!

  • Done Day 7! I have been alternating between 30DS L1 and Ripped in 30 L1 so I don't get bored, which has happened every other time I have tried to stick with this. Feeling somewhat stronger and wanting to move on to Level 2. Keep up the motivation everyone!

  • Did L2D3 yesterday. All of those planks are a killer, and I am still terrible at walkout pushups since I am not that flexible. It is definitely a great but tough workout, especially on your shoulders! Still staying motivated to get through this though.
