Thanks--I took another day off yesterday but am going back to it today. Finally starting to feel a lot better. I am planning to do WO 10 today, cardio tomorrow, and then depending on how I feel I will either do 3 more days of Week 10 or move onto Week 11. Thank you so much for reminding me it isn't a race. We are making…

I start Week 7 next week...now I am dreading that workout! It's nice to be mentally prepared though

I am a little late to join the post, but I started on 8/6 and am still sticking with it. I started Phase 2 yesterday with Workout 5. It was tough but definitely doable after Phase 1. I like the challenge!

I came from JM Ripped in 30 and still kept to the basics for Week 1 and 2. Some moves will be way too easy, but she gives you options to add weights or plyo to make it more difficult. I actually liked Weeks 1 and 2 in that is helped me fix my form on the more basic moves that build foundations for more complicated moves.…

Thank you so much for posting your results. Your results are amazing and very inspirational! I am only a week and a half into but loving it so far (did other Jillian workouts previously). It is so nice to see that you got such great results even without following her diet plan.

How is everyone doing with it so far? I just finished my 3rd day of 1 workout per day except today when I ran after the Cardio workout. Even though I just completed Ripped in 30, I still feel like the Week 1 and 2 workouts will be a big help in building core strength for the later workouts. I do need to pick up 8 pound…

You look amazing! That is serious motivation for everyone else to stick with it. Thanks for sharing!

Sending a friend request your way! Starting today as well. I am not following the kickstart diet per say, but I am stealing some of the recipes for lunch/dinner this week. I always have a protein shake smoothie for breakfast on weekdays so I am sticking with that. I may do double workouts some days this week but today I…

Babs--that really sucks about your injury. Just let it heal and then you can get started! I am going to start on Monday....did one final Ripped in 30 workout today. I was going to start BR today but decided that Monday makes more sense. Can't wait to get started! Thanks everyone for the add!

HI everyone! I am just starting out too...sending friend requests your way. I am (im)patiently waiting for my DVD's to arrive--they should be here today or tomorrow though. I am finishing up a month of Ripped in 30 right now and can't wait to start Body Revolution. My reward for actually sticking with Jillian for a month…

Finally halfway done after being a slacker over the weekend. I thought i would be done Day 17 today :(
-
I completely agree! You are getting stronger, building muscle, and boosting your metabolism to burn more fat. I have not really seen inches gone in places I measure and my weight has stayed the same, but I must be losing from somewhere because my pants fit a little bit better. Hang in there and keep on working hard!

Day 14 done! I almost skipped today but I want to be really good until my rest day on Easter :)
-
Day 13 done. It was Day 3 of Level 3 for me. Still really tough. Trying some advanced more and some basic. I feel stronger than the 1st day on this level but it is definitely Level 3!
-
Done Day 12 today!
-
So after skipping my workouts this weekend, I decided to try Level 3 today which was crazy! It is very leg intensive after all of the arm workouts in Level 2. I may switch back to Level 2 or rotate between them or something.
-
I am right there with you! This weekend was crazy. Right back into it tonight. I am going to pretend I needed those 2 days for my muscles to heal :)
-
Good luck!

Day 10 Complete! Level 2 is getting easier but the 3rd Circuit is pretty rough!
-
Day 9 Complete!
-
I'm still here as well! I try to post when I can. Seeing small differences in how my pants fit :) This will all be worth it!
-
Just finished Day 8! I ran today too after feeling lazy for taking a rest day yesterday.
-
I think my arch-nemesis on Level 1 was always the jumping jacks/jump rope combo. They always hurt my calves so much!
-
Day 8 of working out complete! I did L2D6 today. L2 is still tough but I am feeling stronger and doing some of the advanced moves. How is everyone else doing who started Level 2?
-
Completed Day 5 for me on Level 2! (I took 1 day for cardio and 1 rest day). Still a really tough workout for me. Let's keep going everyone!
-
I took a rest yesterday from everything, and it was really hard to get motivated to work out again today. I forced myself to do another day of The Shred and feel so much better now! D4L2 done! Planning on D5L2 tomorrow! Great job to everyone sticking with this!
-
I was going to make today a cardio only day but after I went running I decided to do the shred. L2D3 complete!
-
I am definitely taking "rest" days but plan to run those days instead. My goal is the Shred 4-5 days per week. I like the idea of 2 days shred, 1 day cardio, 2 days shred, 1 day cardio, and then a rest day. I will see what my body tells me :)
-
Hi everyone! I'm Amy and I am 5'4.5" and 151 pounds, hoping to lose about 10 pounds and go from there. I have attempted the Shred a few times over the past year but I have never stuck with it for 30 days (although I have tried all 3 levels at some point). I am actually starting this on Level 2 since Level 1 makes me get…

Workout done for today! I also ran a mile afterwards which was tough to do! Tomorrow will be a cardio day for me :)
