Hi, Veggie and run too. I am struggling so would love to have some veggie friends to help spur me on as well. I am doing Brighton marathon in April and need to loose some of these pounds have put on without compromising carbs. Not easy to do. xx

Hi thanks for your post, appreciate that having friends too which are faster is also good...but at moment prefer to have people about the same pace. Hi sorry to read that you are struggling but wondered if you refueled along the way? maybe a gel or jelly babies at around the 6 mile point which should hopefully start to kick in then by the time you reach 9 mile :smile: to give you the energy so you dont hit the wall. All the best for your half in a few weeks, which one…

Thanks everyone for the advice. I didnt realise that this topic had caused 'discussions' before. I can see the merits of both and dare say have to find a happy medium for me. I know when I did Weight Watchers I never used the exercise points gained unless REALLY needed them so may apply that rule with calorie counting.…

I am feeling like that too as just know am/have been eating lots of rubbish food. I am thinking perhaps should make my diary viewable and then it might help me make better choices as know others can see what have eaten :laugh:
