You are so right! Even before I started this whole working out eating healthy thing, I used to hate cupcakes just because I hate the breading. I think I might as well be allergic to.... the texture and dry taste haha.

I only have one best friend out of two who is trying to get fit as well. I mean she doesnt need to lose weight but tone up which is kind of frustrating LOL. You may add me and everyone else :) I could always need some and more friends on here!

You just made me check a body shape calculator and turns out im a banana (or straight) btw, who comes up with these fruits LOL. Apparently, I need to lose 8 inches on my waist, 1 inch from hips, and 2 inches on my chest and BAM i could be living the beyonce hourglass dream HAHAHHA. I wish!

CNA for the past 3 years that mainly deals with the medicines, paper work, and vital signs. and it seems like getting re-certified starting this year for anything with the red cross is getting harder.

Gluten free oats 1/4 cup mixed with whatever fruits my father in law's farm has at the moment. Or mix it up with a whole wheat tortilla, 1 egg omelette with fresh spinach, 2 tablespoon fresh shredded low fat mozzarella cheese and a side of orange juice or cold water (as it fills you up faster for some reason.)

I have a reusable jamba juice 16 oz. bottle so that helps, easy 2 cups. I drink 16 oz. right when I wake up, 1 during breakfast, 2 during my hour workout, 1 for lunch, 1 for snack, 1 for dinner, and another 1 right before I go to bed. Thats a total of 16 cups, its my most btw :) my least is 10 cups.
