I second that, I'm really loving Jillian. Every morning I wake up feeling cleansed and one day closer to being in shape! Day 6 for me today- it's going quick isn't it? Also, what other kinds of exercises, if any, are you guys doing along with this?

Theres a bunch of us that just recently started the 30DS. I could link you the thread and you could check it out if youd like. The DVD is like 5 bucks on Amazon and let me tell you... Its worth it! Day 5 and I already feel a difference.

I'm on day 5 and today is the first day that I'm not sore at all. Yesterday my knees were a bit sore but it's getting better :) keep it up!

Yep I agree- I eat when im hungry... granted I watch what I eat and log it but since ive been on here ive only met my goal once. And believe me- its not from lack of trying.

Ahh I agree with Ccmulder5... I live on the 3rd floor of an old house- being over weight I'm not only afraid of things falling off shelves and walls but I'm afraid of falling through the floor lmfao.
